Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send directly to his terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit to the same user. During the navigation of a site (but not our site), you can get on to their terminals also cookie of different web server (so-called third-party cookies); this is because the visited website embeds elements as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains that reside on servers other than the one where you find the page you requested. In other words, these are cookies that are set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting.

Cookies may be of limited duration to a single browsing session on the browser (session cookies), and in that case they are erased automatically when you close the browser; or they may have a predetermined duration or, in this case, will remain active and stored on your hard disk until that date, continuing to gather information during different sessions on the browser navigation (cd persistent cookies).

Others are used to obtain statistical information, in aggregate or not, the number of users accessing the site and how the site is used (cd cookie tracking or analytics).

In this site no cookies are used to draw a profile of the consumer and make you see advertisements on the site that could be interesting for you, as consistent with your taste and your consumption habits (cd profiling cookies).
